Steel Walls Are Up and This Pool Build Is Moving Fast image

This is one of our favorite stages of a pool build. The steel walls are fully set, the bracing is locked in, and the coping work is underway. Everything is coming together exactly the way it should - clean, square, and built to hold up for decades.

The gravel base you see laid across the floor is not just filler. It plays a real role in drainage and gives the pool floor the stable, compacted foundation it needs before the liner goes in. Getting that base right is one of those things that separates a pool that holds up from one that causes headaches down the road.

Good site prep is everything with an inground vinyl liner pool. Before any steel goes up, the excavation has to be precise. The depth, the slopes, the footing - all of it matters. When that groundwork is done right, the rest of the build moves faster and cleaner. Our crew takes that seriously on every single job.

Days like this one are why we do what we do. Watching a flat backyard turn into something a family is going to use and enjoy for years - that is genuinely satisfying. A lot of hard work goes into getting to this point, and our guys show up and put it in every time.

If you have been thinking about adding an inground pool to your backyard, this is what the process actually looks like up close. Real work, real progress, done the right way.
