Every pool starts the same way - with a plan and a machine breaking ground. That's exactly where we are here. The excavator is already working the soil while layout stakes and spray-painted lines mark out exactly where this pool is going. This is the part that sets everything else up for success.

Site prep and excavation might not be the glamorous phase, but it's the most critical one. Get the layout wrong, cut corners on the dig, or skip proper grading, and you're building problems into a project that's supposed to last decades. We don't rush this part.

What you're looking at is a wide-open backyard with plenty of room to work - and we came ready for it. The compact excavator lets us move efficiently without tearing up the surrounding lawn more than necessary. Meanwhile, the pool footprint is clearly staked out so every bucket of earth pulled is exactly where it needs to be.

This family is getting a pool in a space that honestly couldn't be better suited for one. A large yard, an existing deck to tie into, and room to build something the whole family will actually use. That's the kind of job we love showing up to.

Good excavation and site preparation is the foundation of a pool that holds up for years. When the groundwork is done right, everything that comes after - plumbing, steel, concrete - goes in cleaner and lasts longer. This is day one, and we're already off to a solid start.
